Opened in 2004, Meriwethers Restaurant is located in the historic 2601 NW Vaughn building, on the site of the famous 1905 Worlds Fair. With our unique garden dining, warm hospitality and remarkable food, Meriwethers is a renewal of the classic country inn. Chef Tommy Habetz combines the technique and soul of French, Italian and Spanish countryside cooking.
