ESTATE WINES

The Estate Series embodies the special character of our site and our conviction that wines should be accessible in style as well as in price. Expect wines brimming with fresh fruit aromas and flavors and accented by notes of spice and earth. A sip reveals Van Duzer's signature bright balance and rounded tannins, pleasant by the glass and complimentary of food dishes.

Estate Pinot Noir Willamette Valley - complex with dark fruits like black cherry, blackberry, pomengranate, blueberry and currant vying for attention with floral aromas of violet and rose petal.

Estate Pinot Gris Willamette Valley - crisp, clean, vivacious pour that conjures up the scents and tastes of citrus, fresh fig, stone fruits and a mineral flintiness. A perfect pairing with seafood, salads, and Asian fare.

Pinot Noir Rosé Willamette Valley - On the palate, ripe strawberry, cherry and pomegranate deliver sweetness without sugar. Rich and refreshing, this Rosé is a summertime treat that can be enjoyed on its own or at mealtime.

RESERVE WINES

"Something special" is the promise we make in designating a Van Duzer wine as a reserve wine. Some vineyard blocks in our estate distinguish themselves for a distinctive taste profile of unusual merit. Other reserve wines earn their stars as the happy synergy of barrel lots selected by our winemaker for their flavor components, color or body which, when blended, achieve a greater value than the sum of their parts. The Reserve package can be recognized by the gold stars arrayed against the dark night sky.

Flagpole Block Pinot Noir Willamette Valley - The wine is distinguished by exceptionally intense mulberry and blackberry character. Moments later in the tasting, tobacco leaf and chocolate flavors emerge, carried forward on a balanced structure of velvety tannins and bright fruit.

Homestead Block Pinot Noir Willamette Valley - Homestead Block is distinguished for its depth and purity of fruit character. Concentrated dark cherry and raspberry flavors make a strong impression followed by layers of chocolate and vanilla.

Dijon Blocks Pinot Noir Willamette Valley - With their individual flavor characters, a blend of Dijon clones offers a rich medley of sweet fruit flavors of blackberry, cherry, and cassis notes layered with hints of chocolate, exotic spices, and smoke.
